Digital Marketing & Marketplace Manager – Onsite (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Marketplace Manager to support our UK restaurant franchise business from our back‑office in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on managing the online performance of 14 UK franchise stores across Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo and Google Business Profiles, driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo merchant portals for all franchise locations.
• Plan, launch and optimise promotional campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour, promotional performance and profitability; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Optimise menus, pricing and platform visibility; monitor competitor activity and identify commercial opportunities.
• Respond professionally to customer reviews on delivery platforms and Google Business Profiles, improving ratings and response times.
• Collaborate with operations teams to address recurring customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
• Liaise with UK franchise owners and platform account managers; stay updated on platform developments and propose growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketplaces, preferably in restaurants, QSR or food delivery.
• Proven experience using Uber Eats, Just Eat and/or Deliveroo merchant platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to communicate confidently with UK‑based stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple locations simultaneously.
