Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to lead our online presence, produce engaging content, and run performance‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns targeting leads, conversions and engagement.
• Develop monthly content calendars and overall social media strategy.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos, Reels, posts, stories and other visual content.
• Design graphics, thumbnails and promotional creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities and ensure consistent brand identity.
• Track advertising and social performance, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning and audience engagement.
• Experience creating and editing Reels and short‑form videos.
• Basic graphic‑design skills with familiarity of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good grasp of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Creative mindset with solid communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to spot trends and turn them into engaging content.
