E-commerce Account Manager – Finance & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an E‑commerce Account Manager who will combine finance and operations expertise to drive our online marketplace performance. Based in Lahore and working on UK business hours, you will ensure accurate financial workflows while optimizing product listings across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare, review and submit VAT returns in line with UK regulations.
• Process payroll, maintain employee financial records and ensure salary accuracy.
• Develop and monitor financial reports, budgets and cash‑flow statements.
• Oversee product listings on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Temu to maximise visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment and prevent stock issues.
• Track e‑commerce account health, resolve listing suppressions and submit platform appeals.
• Analyse sales and financial data to identify profitability improvements.
• Lead a team of six, providing guidance, performance monitoring and development support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to streamline operational tasks.
