About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimise our clients’ Shopify stores remotely. You will ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is balanced, and the storefront presents a polished, conversion‑focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy and conversion.
- Audit the website regularly to identify errors, inconsistencies or outdated content.
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock gaps or overselling.
- Respond to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement.
- Update website visuals such as banners, landing pages and product images.
- Coordinate with vendors on inventory, purchase orders and order tracking.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or Shopify management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organise multiple tasks.
- Clear written communication, especially for customer‑facing content.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work efficiently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
- Personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
