Electrical Engineer (EV Bike Design)

About the role

Green Electrical Bikes is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer to join its Lahore team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and integrating electrical systems for electric‑bike platforms, ensuring high performance, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine mechanical and electrical components of EV bikes, including chassis, battery packs and drive systems.
• Develop and integrate Battery Management Systems (BMS) to optimise safety, longevity and performance.
• Work on electric motors, controllers and transmission systems to maximise efficiency and torque delivery.
• Oversee power distribution and power‑system architecture, analysing performance and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Conduct simulations, laboratory tests and road trials to validate designs against performance and safety criteria.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and software teams to achieve seamless system integration.
• Drive innovation using eco‑friendly materials and energy‑efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in electrical design and core electrical engineering principles.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and power systems.
• Solid understanding of electricity applications in electric vehicles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Commitment to sustainability and engineering innovation.
• Based in Lahore, Pakistan.
