About the role
We are looking for an Email Outreach Specialist to join our IT agency on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Lahore. In this Business Development Executive position you will drive new client acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and help expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software consulting sector.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted email outreach and other prospecting methods.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships.
- Communicate client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new business development and lead generation (2+ years).
- Strong background in business and account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate successfully.
- Proactive, self‑driven, with solid organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
