Email Outreach Specialist – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an Email Outreach Specialist to join our IT agency on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Lahore. In this Business Development Executive position you will drive new client acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software consulting sector.
• Generate qualified leads through targeted email outreach and other prospecting methods.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships.
• Communicate client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation (2+ years).
• Strong background in business and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate successfully.
• Proactive, self‑driven, with solid organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
