Executive IP Core Back Office South

About the role

We are looking for an Executive IP Core Back Office professional to manage and optimise IP core network services for our South carrier and corporate customers. The role involves end‑to‑end configuration, troubleshooting and coordination with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and configuration for South carrier and corporate customers, including bandwidth adjustments, new deployments (PIB, L2‑MPLS/DPLC, L3‑MPLS, SIP) and BGP setups.
• Close incident management tickets (IMs, RFIDs, SDIDs) promptly via the SM Portal.
• Manage international IPT client configurations, establish BGP sessions and verify services.
• Provide 24/7 support for corporate and carrier/SLA customers.
• Document all change activities in the IP core network according to PIB‑004 procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IP core network operations.
• Strong understanding of IP protocols and MPLS technology.
