Telecom Engineer – Network & Wireless Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telecom Engineer to join our team in Lahore. The role involves designing, deploying and maintaining telecom and network infrastructure, with a focus on wireless, fiber and VoIP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, install and troubleshoot wireless networking equipment and manage frequency allocations.
• Design, implement and support fiber optic networks, including GPON architecture.
• Configure and maintain IP networking services such as TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DHCP and routing.
• Deploy and manage VoIP systems, including SIP/RTP protocols, IP telephony and IP PBX platforms.
• Work with networking hardware from MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei and Ubiquiti.
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in telecom or network engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of wireless, fiber optics and VoIP technologies.

Required skills

• Wireless networking and frequency management.
• Fiber optic systems and GPON architecture.
• IP networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DHCP, routing.
• VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and IP PBX systems.
• Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei and Ubiquiti equipment.
• CCTV NVR/DVR configuration and troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary ranging from 80,000 to 100,000 PKR per month.
• Full‑time position working USA business hours.
