Fashion Designer – High-End Couture

About the role

We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer with 2–3 years of experience in high‑end couture or demi‑couture. You will work directly with our Creative Director, turning seasonal concepts into wearable art while learning the unique DNA of our House.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Creative Director’s vision into sketches, technical flats, and 3D drapes that reflect the brand’s evolving aesthetic.
• Collaborate with patternmakers, tailors, and embroiderers to develop pieces from muslin/toile to runway‑ready garments.
• Source, develop, and manipulate luxury textiles and embellishments, pushing fabric performance.
• Rapidly adapt designs based on fitting feedback, demonstrating problem‑solving agility.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional design experience in a verified luxury or couture house.
• Strong creative identity paired with humility; eager for feedback and mentorship.
• Deep knowledge of haute couture construction, corsetry, draping, and luxury fabric behavior.
• Exceptional hand or digital sketching and mood‑boarding abilities.
