Field Sales Executive – Drive Merchant Growth

About the role

Join Nenow, an all‑in‑one e‑commerce platform, as a Field Sales Executive. You will visit local markets and shops across Pakistan, introduce merchants to Nenow’s solutions, and help them launch and grow their online businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, markets and potential business customers to pitch Nenow.
• Explain Nenow’s features, services, packages and benefits to merchants.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Onboard merchants and assist them during the initial signup process.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with shop owners and businesses.
• Provide daily updates regarding visits, leads, conversions and merchant feedback.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve the assigned mandatory monthly sales target.
• Represent Nenow professionally during all customer interactions and field visits.

Required profile

• Freshers and beginners are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, professional and hardworking personality.
• Comfortable with field visits and shop‑to‑shop sales pitching.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage follow‑ups independently.
• Willingness to work toward assigned monthly sales targets.
• Interest in e‑commerce, technology, sales, startups or business development.

Required skills
