Finance Manager – US Accounting & Treasury

About the role

Software Finder is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations, planning, taxation, treasury, and audit functions. The role requires deep expertise in US accounting practices and the ability to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Oversee tax planning, filing coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and external audit processes.
• Support ERP implementation, optimization and related process improvements.
• Handle treasury functions, including cash‑flow monitoring and fund management.
• Develop, review and enhance finance policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to aid strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CA, CPA or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in US accounting and taxation.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, taxation, audit, and ERP implementation.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
