Finance Operations Manager – Execution Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager who will drive financial performance across the business. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role goes beyond reporting to actively improve cash flow, operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly KPI reports on revenue vs target, cash position, pipeline performance and collections, ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections, work with internal teams to accelerate cash conversion and resolve payment delays.
• Track project costs and profitability, monitor spend, improve efficiency and hold teams accountable to financial targets.
• Identify issues affecting revenue and profitability, recommend practical actions and drive their implementation.
• Support sales and operations by monitoring pipeline performance, spotting conversion issues and highlighting revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting or financial operations.
• Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable influencing team leads.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge teams to improve outcomes.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on actions rather than just numbers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
