Food Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a Food Technologist to develop and apply flavours for a range of beverage and confectionery products. You will work closely with customers and internal R&D teams to deliver innovative flavour solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply flavours for beverages, juices, flavoured milk, and candies.
• Select appropriate flavour samples from the library for customer submissions.
• Prepare cost formulations and manage flavour projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate sample preparation, packaging, labelling, and dispatch while ensuring QA compliance.
• Maintain the flavour library and track inventory levels.
• Liaise with courier services for shipment clearance and dispatch.
• Conduct market benchmarking and support customer visits as required.
• Collaborate with the regional R&D team to drive improvements and learn new techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Basic sensory skills and basic knowledge of chemistry.
• Knowledge of flavour‑related products.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sweet/savoury applications.
