Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential franchise partner candidates across multiple international markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships and pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client contacts worldwide to align recruitment strategies.
• Document all activities and maintain structured records within CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter with strong knowledge of franchise business models, or direct experience recruiting for franchise organisations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to discuss additional qualifications as needed.
