Full Stack Engineer (AI Powered & Product Focused)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience building production‑level applications. The role blends AI‑assisted development with strong product thinking, requiring you to ship reliable features quickly while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
• Write comprehensive tests covering happy paths, edge cases, and failure states before releasing code.
• Own the full lifecycle of your work – from requirement gathering to post‑deployment monitoring and bug fixing.
• Adapt to multiple product stacks, read existing codebases, and ensure new changes do not break existing functionality.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate development while verifying generated output.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with full‑stack applications.
• Strong testing mindset and attention to detail in UI and logic.
• Product‑focused attitude – able to question specifications and propose better solutions.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools and integrating their output responsibly.
• Ownership mentality – you fix issues you ship rather than passing them on.

Required skills

• Frontend: React, Next.js (plus React Native/Expo as a plus).
• Backend: Node.js (plus Python as a plus).
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• DevOps: Linux VPS, NGINX, basic Docker, CI/CD awareness.
