Full-Stack Software Engineer – .NET & JavaScript

About the role

CONVO is looking for a senior full‑stack software engineer to develop and harden features on an enterprise trade‑promotion and sales‑planning platform. The role spans .NET back‑end services, complex JavaScript/React front‑ends and SQL Server data layers, with responsibility for end‑to‑end bug resolution and feature‑flagged releases via Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain promotion and planning features across UI, services and SQL/configuration.
• Debug multi‑tier regressions involving grids, formulas, copy flows and document state.
• Maintain and migrate customer customizations into the core product.
• Optimize SQL performance, manage schema and configuration changes safely.
• Write automated unit and integration tests; resolve CI/pipeline and branch‑alignment issues.
• Review pull requests, produce clear root‑cause analyses and collaborate with product and QA on flagged releases.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with strong ownership of cross‑stack issues.
• Experience in enterprise UI development and complex business logic.
• Ability to work under production pressure and make pragmatic decisions between quick fixes and standardisation.
• Interest in AI‑assisted tooling and modern data platforms is a plus.
