Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate the performance of recently acquired internet businesses and apps. Working remotely from India, Pakistan or the Philippines, you will own end‑to‑end campaigns, turning ideas into measurable results that drive traffic, sign‑ups and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (content, SEO, email, paid ads, social, partnerships).
• Write persuasive copy for landing pages, blogs, emails, ads, video scripts and product messaging.
• Improve website and funnel conversion through testing offers, calls‑to‑action and follow‑up flows.
• Research audiences, competitors, keywords and growth opportunities.
• Build and nurture audiences on platforms where target customers spend time.
• Run rapid experiments, analyse data and iterate on winning tactics.
• Report performance metrics and provide clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with founders on go‑to‑market strategy, positioning and launch plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on marketing experience with demonstrable results.
• Track record of delivering growth for a product, e‑commerce store, SaaS, or similar business.
• Self‑starter who can work independently without extensive supervision.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research and content creation while maintaining quality.
