Head of Marketing & Branding

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing & Branding to lead our marketing function in Lahore. The role will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention through strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an overall digital marketing strategy.
• Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) platforms and other relevant channels.
• Design, launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Drive CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention metrics.
• Own key marketing metrics such as ROI, CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor and expand the Marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and business teams to achieve growth objectives.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth or Brand Marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling brands and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, strategic and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and internal teams.
