Head of Marketing Strategy and Branding

About the role

The Bank of Punjab is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its brand and marketing strategy. Reporting to senior management, you will drive brand positioning, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Design and execute marketing plans that support overall business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to align brand initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Oversee both above‑the‑line (ATL) and below‑the‑line (BTL) campaign execution.
• Lead social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Direct internal and external communications, maintaining consistent messaging across all channels.
• Produce diverse content formats such as articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC‑recognized or foreign institution.
• Up to 55 years of age as of September 12, 2026.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or non‑banking environments, leading strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
