Hotel Room Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Hotel Room Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager will drive room revenue and occupancy for the property by targeting corporate accounts and independent travelers (FIT). The role focuses on building relationships with local medical tourism providers and other corporate clients in the Lahore market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire corporate and FIT business to maximise room occupancy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and medical tourism agencies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, offers and rate quotations.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and fulfilment of contracts.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM system.
• Track and achieve monthly and annual revenue and occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years of experience in hotel room sales, preferably in the Johar Town/Expo Centre area.
• Established corporate client portfolio with a proven record of corporate sales.
• Knowledge of local medical tourism corporate rates and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to increase occupancy from corporate and FIT segments.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and managing follow‑ups.
• Experience using a CRM system to track contacts and business leads.
