HR Generalist

About the role

Cloudelligent, a cloud‑native consultancy and AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle. You will help shape a strong people culture, drive engagement, and ensure HR practices align with the company’s fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, development and off‑boarding.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution and compliance.
• Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring timely enrollment and communication.
• Own the performance management process to foster a feedback‑rich culture.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, retention and professional development initiatives.
• Leverage HR data and reporting tools for strategic decision‑making and legal compliance.
• Stay current on HR best practices and legal regulations, proactively applying improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field (HR certification or advanced degree a plus).
• 3+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS or cloud‑focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects in a high‑growth setting.
• Self‑starter attitude, adaptable and able to take initiative.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS tools such as BambooHR or similar platforms.
• Data‑driven HR decision‑making and reporting.
