HR Generalist (Onsite Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our team during the night shift on site. The role involves handling core HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, compliance, shift management, and employee scheduling.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle routine HR inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and workplace regulations.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of experience in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite during night hours.
