Talent & Operations Partner

About the role

Avanceon is seeking a Talent & Operations Partner to enhance employee experiences across the full HR lifecycle. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives while ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews, posting jobs on relevant platforms and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Prepare offer letters, collect pre‑joining documents, and manage onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and tools.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other internal teams to ready workstations, system access, and resources for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Support implementation of HR policies, communication, and consistent application.
• Assist with employee lifecycle events such as confirmations, transfers, and exits, handling documentation and processes.
• Update HRIS, validate employee data, and ensure data integrity.
• Create basic Excel reports and trackers for headcount, onboarding status, and recruitment metrics.
• Schedule training sessions, manage attendance, and document training activities.
• Support learning initiatives by assisting with delivery, gathering feedback, and tracking completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
