HR Generalist – People Operations (Hybrid, Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

About the role

TEKenable is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead day‑to‑day people operations in Pakistan. The role is permanent, hybrid and based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily People functions and provide employee support.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, off‑boarding.
• Maintain the HRIS and conduct monthly data accuracy checks.
• Prepare contracts, arrange equipment, and coordinate inductions for new hires.
• Administer appraisals, disciplinary processes and grievance handling with HRBP support.
• Implement People policies, update the handbook and ensure compliance with Pakistan labour legislation.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Support employer branding together with the Marketing team.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives, events and corporate gifts.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
