About the role

Alachisoft is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions for its Islamabad office. The role focuses on building a strong employer brand, attracting top talent, and fostering a rewarding work environment that drives high employee satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employment brand and oversee recruiting activities, including university outreach, job fairs, hiring strategy, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Structure and implement an HR management system and reporting aligned with business needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee a company‑wide performance management framework.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits strategy.
• Provide coaching to leaders to ensure adherence to company policies and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Establish effective internal communication channels to drive organizational alignment.
• Design and deliver employee orientation, onboarding, and training tracks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR professional or manager in the technology sector.
• Relevant IT and business education (e.g., BSCS, BBA) or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to produce high‑quality individual contributor work.
• Confident, outspoken personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
