HubSpot Solution Architect & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a HubSpot Solution Architect and Automation Specialist to design, build and maintain scalable HubSpot CRM solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to translate business needs into secure, maintainable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable HubSpot CRM architectures aligned with revenue, marketing, sales and operations goals.
• Develop native and custom integrations using APIs, Webhooks, middleware, Zapier, Make and other integration tools.
• Work hands‑on across HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs to optimise workflows and automation.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, document system architecture, data flows and integration dependencies.
• Design and maintain HubSpot data models, objects, properties, pipelines and governance standards.
• Support CRM migration projects including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, testing and post‑migration stabilisation.
• Identify process gaps and automation opportunities to improve productivity and data quality.
• Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot high‑priority issues and ensure system stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot, CRM architecture, revenue operations or marketing automation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
