Immigration Consultant

About the role

The Immigration Consultant will support students and their families throughout the study‑abroad journey, ensuring a smooth visa application process. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore and involves direct client interaction and coordination with educational institutions and embassies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess eligibility and guide applicants through student visa requirements.
• Review and prepare documentation for visa applications and interviews.
• Provide clear, timely updates on application status via in‑person meetings, phone, or email.
• Advise clients on immigration regulations and procedures relevant to international education.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate applications.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and application timelines.
• Participate in informational sessions, workshops, and outreach activities for prospective students.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of immigration processes and student visa regulations.
• Knowledge of visa law and related policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting or international education is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with common office software and online application tracking systems.
