IT Administrator

About the role

A&U Adventures is seeking an on‑site IT Administrator to manage and support its technology infrastructure in Lahore. The role involves ensuring reliable hardware, software, and network operations that enable the travel agency’s daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, operating systems and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network equipment and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems promptly.
• Manage user accounts, system access and email configurations.
• Perform data backup, system security and antivirus protection tasks.
• Maintain IT inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and technical support.
• Execute routine system updates and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and best practices is a plus.
