Junior Meta Ads Media Buyer (Facebook/Instagram)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing agency that helps auto‑detailing shops across North America generate high‑quality leads through Meta advertising. We are looking for a junior media buyer who can set up and manage lead‑generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and who is eager to develop within a high‑performance remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, primarily using Instant Form ads.
• Optimize campaigns for cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and overall ad performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, test new creative assets, and follow established naming conventions.
• Collaborate with the team to scale winning ads and share insights.

Required profile

• 6–24 months of hands‑on experience running Meta ads.
• Demonstrated ability to set up full campaigns from start to finish.
• Coachable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
