About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Operations Executive to support a real‑estate firm that serves international clients. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the senior Operations Executive.
- Assist in coordinating cross‑departmental activities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and post‑meeting actions.
- Help with process documentation and compliance requirements.
- Escalate delays or issues when necessary.
- Maintain organized data trackers and reporting systems.
- Support hiring coordination and onboarding administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in administrative or operational support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling information.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 3 pm‑12 am (mix of on‑site and remote hours).
