Junior Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain low‑code business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to turn requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom apps and workflows with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into functional, low‑code solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions for performance and reliability.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third‑party systems.
• Implement governance, data security, and compliance standards.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including version control, testing, deployment, documentation, and post‑launch support.
• Collaborate with business units and IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and data issues.
• Contribute to best practices, standards, and reusable components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (canvas or model‑driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, security roles, and governance in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (PL‑900, PL‑400, AZ‑900) preferred.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
