Junior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience that aligns with our company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, technical skill sets, and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews to evaluate technical expertise and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical functions.
• Collaborate with HR to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting their development.

Required profile

• MA/BA degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience recruiting for software development roles.
• Proven ability to hire for positions such as QA, Product Owner, UI/UX.NET, PHP, Front‑End, Back‑End, iOS, Android, and Scrum Master.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Workable ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• LinkedIn and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of technical roles and industry trends (QA.NET, PHP, iOS, Android, etc.).
• Experience with sourcing tools and talent pipeline management.
