Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Key Account Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth and deliver high-quality services to its key accounts in the South region of Pakistan. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding the business development pipeline, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve zonal enterprise sales revenue targets and contribute to overall Enterprise Solutions growth.
• Strengthen and expand the business development pipeline to sustain sales growth.
• Drive B2B revenue through new products and solutions such as Cloud, Microsoft, ICT, and Managed Services.
• Improve receivables management to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.
• Ensure timely renewal and revision of customer contracts to enhance retention and minimize churn.
• Acquire new key customers and secure large ICT projects to expand the enterprise solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and established relationships with relevant departments (IT, Procurement, Admin, etc.).
• Understanding of ICT and telecom products.
• Relevant sales experience and good communication skills.
