Key Account Manager

About the role

Join an internationally renowned express delivery company as a Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high‑quality service across national key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, negotiate renewals and resolve customer issues.
• Update internal teams such as business service support and operations on key account matters.
• Collaborate with various DHL entities to design and implement national strategies that enhance customers' competitive advantage.
• Manage sales and pricing activities for a defined portfolio of national customers.
• Propose plans and recommendations to improve sales and deliver customized support services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in major account management, preferably in the express logistics industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and focus on customer needs.
• Understanding of supply chain management and express logistics business practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
