About the role

Hayat Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a performance‑driven Key Account Manager to lead its modern‑trade sales in the South region. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with national and regional modern‑trade customers and driving sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies for the modern‑trade channel across the South region.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key modern‑trade customers, including national and regional chains.
  • Lead annual joint business planning negotiations covering commercial terms, margins, promotional calendars, and in‑store activation plans.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class execution at point of sale by optimizing product assortment, shelf availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor category performance, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and distributor partners to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Manage trade investment, sales forecasting, and channel budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to track performance and adjust strategies.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of proven modern‑trade sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management, relationship management, and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team‑management skills.
