Lead Corporate Operations

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a Lead Corporate Operations to drive end‑to‑end operational excellence across its Pan‑Pakistan supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing sourcing, warehousing and last‑mile logistics while ensuring high fulfillment rates and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational functions across Pakistan, including sourcing, warehousing and last‑mile logistics.
• Maintain a fulfillment rate of 95% or higher and ensure timely creation of purchase orders.
• Act as primary point of contact for real‑time operational challenges such as stock shortages and logistics disruptions.
• Onboard and manage warehouse and 3PL partners, establishing SOPs, payment terms and performance metrics.
• Control operational costs to stay below 2% of GMV and optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and margin improvement.
• Track operational KPIs, conduct audits for inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team, providing tools, training and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and cost optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across internal teams, suppliers and third‑party partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for real‑time operational issues.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing operational teams.
