About the role
We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure & DevOps professional to own the design, implementation, and operation of our Linux‑based and Windows Server environments. You will drive automation, security, and reliability across on‑premise and cloud platforms while mentoring a growing engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and harden Rocky Linux, CentOS, RHEL and Windows Server systems, including kernel patching, security updates and performance troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain security controls such as vulnerability scanning (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS), LDAP authentication, WAF policies and code security scans (SAST/DAST).
- Develop Ansible playbooks, Python/Shell/Go scripts and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to automate provisioning, patching and configuration.
- Configure Apache and Nginx web servers, handle SSL/TLS, load balancing and reverse‑proxy setups.
- Deploy, scale and monitor Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS or on‑prem), build secure Docker images and manage service‑mesh and CNI plugins.
- Operate monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK), define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident response and on‑call rotations.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps or Systems Engineering.
- Strong background in Linux system administration and Windows Server support.
- Hands‑on experience with security hardening, vulnerability assessment and compliance.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and drive a DevSecOps culture.
