Lead Project Manager – Remote (Pakistan, US Eastern Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive residential renovation projects for a Washington D.C.-based real‑estate developer. This fully remote position is based in Pakistan and requires daily collaboration with U.S. construction teams during Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own schedule and budget for a portfolio of ~8 active renovation projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including estimators, drafters, and construction managers in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate daily with U.S. field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage timelines, procurement, trade sequencing, change orders, and scope control.
• Monitor costs, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver weekly reports on status, budget variance, schedule variance, and key risks.
• Utilize Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, ClickUp, and other PM tools.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of project management experience in construction, renovation, or residential real‑estate development.
• Proven track record delivering projects from initiation to completion with full ownership of schedule and budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable communicating directly with U.S. stakeholders.
• Experience on U.S. or international residential construction projects is a strong plus.
