Legal Associate

About the role

CureMD is seeking a Legal Associate to support its senior legal team in contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, assisting with dispute management, and contributing to intellectual property protection and corporate governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Conduct legal research on data‑privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law regulatory changes.
• Support pre‑litigation dispute management, prepare documentation, and liaise with external counsel.
• Assist in protecting and enforcing the company’s intellectual property rights.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior legal staff.
• Coordinate communication with regulatory bodies and business partners.
• Help manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio for compliance across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• L.L.B. or L.L.M. with at least 2 years of transaction/corporate experience (litigation experience preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and revise agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competent in legal research.
• Willingness to work a hybrid shift from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM.
