Legal Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Legal Transformation Project Manager will lead the execution of a multi‑workstream program aimed at modernising legal operations, specifically the end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle. Reporting to the Project Owner, you will apply Lean Six Sigma and change‑management practices to improve cycle time, quality, compliance and stakeholder experience across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the legal transformation roadmap across process, policy, tooling and change‑management workstreams.
• Maintain integrated project plans, manage RAID logs and provide concise status reporting.
• Facilitate working sessions, capture decisions and drive action‑item closure.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (VOC, value‑stream mapping) to identify pain points and translate them into SOPs, controls and checklists.
• Implement streamlined vendor contract review workflows, monitor SLA tracking and manage escalations.
• Partner with Procurement on vendor onboarding and Know‑Your‑Supplier due‑diligence.
• Support continuous improvement of SOPs, playbooks, templates and quick‑reference guides.
• Assist with training, communications and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in legal or procurement environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
