Local Marketing & Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging

About the role

DDD Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Local Marketing & Sales Executive to drive the growth of its printing and packaging design services in Lahore. You will act as the front‑line representative, building relationships with businesses and generating new sales opportunities within the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit local markets, businesses and potential clients to identify sales opportunities for printing and packaging design services.
• Generate leads, nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
• Present the company’s packaging solutions and explain their benefits to clients.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
• Follow up with clients to close sales and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on market visits and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely payment recovery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the printing and packaging design industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to travel within and outside the city.
• Own car or bike (fuel allowance provided).
