Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive with a strong focus on Technical SEO to join our growing digital team. You will be responsible for optimizing website performance, improving search engine visibility, and ensuring technical best practices across all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations.
• Identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and site architecture problems.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and overall website performance.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data (Schema Markup).
• Perform log file analysis to improve crawl efficiency and handle redirects, pagination, and hreflang tags.
• Monitor Google Search Console and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO‑friendly landing pages, meta data, and internal linking structures.
• Work with developers to enhance page speed, mobile usability, and support website migrations or redesigns.
• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Technical SEO with a track record of improving site health and rankings.
• Hands‑on experience using SEO audit and analysis tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript for SEO debugging.
• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and site speed.
• Knowledge of structured data, schema implementation, and indexing APIs.
• Familiarity with log file analysis and crawl‑budget optimization.
