Management Trainee Officer - HR (Learning & Development)

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer – HR (Learning & Development) will support the L&D team in planning, coordinating and delivering training initiatives, employee engagement activities and HR development projects. This position offers practical exposure to core HR functions while preparing the trainee for a future career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs across departments.
• Support logistics such as venue arrangements, attendance tracking and preparation of training materials.
• Maintain training records, databases and employee learning documentation.
• Prepare training calendars, presentations, reports and evaluation summaries.
• Coordinate schedules with internal trainers and department representatives.
• Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns and organizational events.
• Collect and compile pre‑ and post‑training feedback.
• Monitor training completion and maintain compliance records.
• Provide administrative support for HR development initiatives and projects.
• Perform other L&D and HR‑related tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
