Manager – HealthTech Stack & Development

About the role

The Manager – HealthTech Stack & Development will own the technology roadmap, product‑development lifecycle and platform architecture for Apna Clinic. Reporting to the Stream Head, the role bridges business, product and engineering to deliver a scalable, secure and reliable digital health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the end‑to‑end technology and development roadmap.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into technical capabilities and product‑development plans.
• Own the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria and release priorities.
• Lead product discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, external technology partners and third‑party vendors.
• Develop and maintain the technology stack supporting consultations, pharmacy, diagnostics, payments, insurance and digital health records.
• Manage APIs and integrations with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and payment providers.
• Establish reusable, scalable integration standards for healthcare partners.
• Monitor platform scalability, performance, reliability, uptime and transaction success.
• Implement analytics instrumentation, event tracking and dashboards for product and growth teams.
• Drive AI‑enabled personalization, recommendation engines and responsible AI solutions.
• Set up release‑management, quality‑assurance, regression‑testing and production‑support processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technology teams in a health‑tech or digital‑health environment.
• Strong ability to align product, business and engineering objectives.
• Track record of delivering scalable, secure platforms with high availability.
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
