Marketing & Brand Manager (Digital & AI Focus)

About the role

Our client sxopehit Recuirtment services is hiring a Marketing & Brand Manager in Lahore. We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking professional to develop and lead our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on branding, digital growth and the future of marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Strengthen the company’s brand positioning, visibility and digital presence.
• Lead AI‑driven marketing initiatives, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Identify new marketing trends, technologies and opportunities, including AI and emerging search platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure effective execution.
• Analyse marketing data, campaign performance, customer behaviour and KPIs to continuously improve results.
• Use Google tools, analytics platforms and AI tools for research, optimisation, reporting and marketing development.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in marketing, branding and digital marketing, including senior or leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven approach with excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with a strategic, creative and commercially minded mindset.
