Marketing Information Manager – Demand Planning & Insights

About the role

Systems Limited is looking for a highly analytical Marketing Information Manager to drive strategic decision‑making through demand planning, market intelligence, and performance analysis. You will turn internal and external data into actionable insights, support the Integrated Business Planning & Management process, and communicate findings to senior and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term demand forecasts, incorporating economic, pricing, and competitive factors.
• Analyse internal and external drivers of sales volume and value growth.
• Conduct deep‑dive market, category and competitor analyses to uncover trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business review materials and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor marketing performance against KPIs and identify future business risks and opportunities.
• Upload and maintain demand forecast data in internal planning systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in demand planning, market intelligence or business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior and regional stakeholders.
