About the role

The Marketing & Sales Internship at Hifan Global Trading offers a hands‑on opportunity to support our consultancy’s education and advisory services. You will assist the marketing team with digital campaigns, lead generation, and client outreach while gaining practical experience in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social‑media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and draft email campaigns targeting students and corporate partners.
• Research target institutions and prospective student segments, build prospect lists and qualify leads for follow‑up.
• Conduct market and competitor research, summarise inbound lead trends for Pakistan and regional markets.
• Participate in client outreach using prepared call scripts and follow‑up emails; enter and track interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare simple performance summaries and campaign reports using provided templates.
• Coordinate with operations and admissions teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.

Required profile

• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic experience with CRM data entry and contact tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Analytical mindset for market research and lead qualification.
• Professional, customer‑facing etiquette and ability to manage multiple small tasks.
