Marketplace Account Manager – Fashion E‑commerce (Vendor Management)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to act as the primary bridge between our fashion marketplace platform and third‑party brands. You will drive seller acquisition, manage vendor contracts, and optimise key performance indicators such as GMV, conversion rates and stock levels to sustain sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high‑potential fashion brands, negotiating commission structures and catalogue terms.
• Guide vendors through inventory synchronization, platform documentation and catalogue readiness.
• Educate vendors on inventory management, seasonal trends and promotional planning, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure product listings meet quality standards, optimise SEO attributes and maintain competitive pricing.
• Monitor order fulfilment, shipping timelines and returns to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Analyse sales data, conversion rates and stock levels in real‑time to adjust go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce marketplace or fashion retail environments.
• Strong vendor‑management and business‑development skills.
• Understanding of fashion seasonality, SKU management and pricing strategies.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
