About the role

The Medical Device Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of medical device products. The role focuses on building relationships within hospitals and specialized departments, navigating regulatory requirements, and supporting product lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit hospitals, eye‑care specialists and emergency departments to promote medical devices.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision‑makers and healthcare staff.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Lead and support product launch initiatives to maximise market penetration.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to medical staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Negotiate with healthcare providers to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor communication materials.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with hospital decision‑makers.
