MENA Finance FP&A Lead – Tax Support (Pakistan)

About the role

This position supports the MENA Tax FP&A Lead in analysing profit & loss statements, key performance indicators and financial modelling. The role is critical to delivering strategic insights that drive profitability across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the annual FP&A cycle and related performance KPIs.
• Analyse large data sets to provide leadership with insights on performance, profitability and business decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and impact assessment.
• Apply analytical judgement to translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to automate forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Support the Operations team with reporting and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with GDS, Experience Management, Talent and Markets teams to ensure accurate financial inputs.
• Develop relationships with the extended Finance and Tax leadership teams.
• Participate in FP&A improvement initiatives and act as the go‑to person for analysis and modelling.

Required profile

• Finance‑related degree or qualified accountant.
• 4‑6 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, numeracy and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
